About Dani

 

Dani Reidy, the founder and director of Yoga Living, Angel Yoga, and specialized programs like Angel Yoga 4 Kids, Angel Yoga 4 Special Needs, Angel Yoga 4 Teens and Families, has been sharing her expertise in yoga and mindfulness for over 27 years. She has dedicated her career to teaching, leading yoga teacher training, and running mindfulness programs for adults and children in schools, daycare centers, and kindergartens. For more than two decades, Dani has also conducted specialized workshops for educators and childcare professionals, equipping them with the skills to teach yoga to children.

As a senior yoga teacher, Dani holds diplomas and certifications across a wide range of yoga disciplines, including adult yoga, pregnancy yoga, yoga for special needs, yoga for children and teens, yoga for the elderly, and yoga for wellness and health-related challenges. Her extensive training reflects her commitment to making yoga accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of age or ability.

Known for her compassionate teaching style, Dani brings a unique blend of empathy and intuition to her practice. Having navigated her own health challenges, she deeply understands what it takes to truly thrive—not just survive—and incorporates this wisdom into her guidance for others.
